A fifth-generation family member, Erik currently serves as a director on the E. Ritter & Company Board and chairs the Ritter Family Owners Committee. He has been engaged with family governance in various ways since 2008. Erik’s professional background includes non-profit and private company experience, including most recently for the healthcare software company Epic. He is a New England native now residing with his wife in Madison, Wisconsin where he co-owns a biergarten and volunteers in the entrepreneurial community.
