Bryant Seaman III

Mr. Seaman is Managing Director and Head of Private Asset Advisory at Bessemer Trust. In this role, he is responsible for Family Company Advisory, Real Estate Management, and Oil & Gas Advisory. He also manages the oversight of family businesses held in trust.
Prior to joining Bessemer, Bryant was Head of International and a member
of the Management Committee at the New York Stock Exchange. Before that, he was Co-head of Global Corporate Finance at CSFB. He started his career practicing corporate law at Sullivan & Cromwell.
Previously, he served as a member of the NASD International Advisory
Committee and the National Committee for US-China Relations. Bryant also served on the Board of Directors of GeoResources, Inc. (NASDAQ: “GEOI”), an oil and gas company.
Bryant earned a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Columbia University, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and an A.B. in political science, with distinction, from Stanford University.
