Tom Wood

With more than thirty seven years of demonstrated ability to lead organizational strategy, business operations, drive growth and increase operating efficiency, Tom Wood has a passion for developing leaders within family businesses. Tom is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and brings a consistent track record of success in operations and distribution leadership, leadership development, financial management, facilities management, training, human resources leadership and strategic planning to the i3 leadership team. Tom’s hands-on, practical experience in banking, commercial and retail credit administration, risk management, and credit operations is complemented by executive leadership experience in family-owned businesses in excess of $300 million in annual revenues. Tom has an innate ability to drive operational and strategic growth through superior communication, collaborative team facilitation and insightful interpersonal skills. He has proven rapport with all levels of staff and management. Tom complements his career business experience in banking, distribution companies, and as a CRE leader for one of the largest urgent care groups in the nation with founder experience of Rize Leadership, LLC, a Leadership Coaching boutique firm. Tom has been additionally blessed with twenty-five years of volunteer church leadership experience including Elder, Men’s Ministry Leader and Speaker, and Youth Speaker and Sunday School teacher. He is a graduate of Clemson University and a graduate of the Louisiana State University Graduate School of Banking.
